Side one: inscribed with idiom "When this you see Remember me When I am bound To Slavery" above image of a prison hulk, highlighted in white. Side two: "George Shelley to Mr & Mrs Poivelle & Family". Both sides decorated with flourishes, and inscriptions in script style lettering.
